Modernity and functional solutions in the project of the luxurious villa PALMES
 

The facade of the houses was finished with concrete structure look plaster and combined with white and graphite plaster. The so-called "icing on the cake" is the addition of light facade wooden elements. This solution breaks the modern convention of this home design by introducing natural and traditional materials. The geometric shapes of these ultra-modern houses correspond to large glazed surfaces, concealed mainly on the garden facade. Thanks to them, what is outside the houses becomes an inseparable part of the interior, and the terrace becomes an almost natural extension of the living room.

The use of aesthetic, glass and completely transparent railings harmonize well with the modern form and do not block any of the windows from accessing sunlight. This design solution adds a feature to the architecture of such houses and additionally provides owners with an additional attraction in the form of beautiful views. It should be pointed out that no less than three additional relaxation areas have been separated (two terraces on the ground floor and one on the first floor), which is a huge advantage of these beautiful modern villas.
