Ten-year guarantee

Covering the whole of the construction, it concerns damage which affects the solidity of the building and of the elements of equipment which cannot be dissociated from the works of foundation, framework, viability, enclosure and cover, without damage the building. All damage likely to render the building unsuitable for its intended purpose. It is mandatory for the project manager and the craftsman.

Guarantee of perfect completion

It concerns any reservations notified to the reception, the disorders appearing in the year following the reception. These are essentially anomalies that could not be notified upon receipt because they were discovered during use.

Work damage

It guarantees compensation for damage falling under ten-year liability. The interest of this insurance is that it guarantees the repair of the disorders before any search for liability. It takes effect one year after acceptance of the work and ends at the same time as the ten-year guarantee.

Delivery guarantee

It starts on the date of receipt of the work (delivery of the house). Acceptance is the act by which the contracting authority (the owner) declares to accept the work with or without reservation. This act is formalized by the signing of the acceptance report. He notes: the completion of the works, their conformity with the contractual documents (plans, estimates, descriptions and their possible endorsements, descriptive notices) and their proper execution.
