Modernity and functional solutions in the design of your home
Browsing through our KDI Properties residential projects, it's hard not to notice the inspiration of the modernist architect and master builder and applied builder. The effect of a modernist body was achieved through the geometric shape of the constructions, flat slab roofs, a uniform facade surface and large glass surfaces. The austere nature of the villas and apartments is emphasized by the white plaster finish of the facade and the panel fragments in a graphite tint. Suggested window joinery in similar colors makes the design cohesive and well thought out.

The architects of our design office have a common objective: to meet real human needs. This is also the case with our contemporary houses and apartments, which hide in their interiors the adequacy of the solutions adopted in relation to the real needs of a large family.
The living space most often cluttered by its occupants, KDI Properties residentials are designed in an extremely functional way. At this point, attention should be paid to the division of the kitchens into an open part, directly adjacent, to the dining rooms, and a closed part, which serves as a pantry. This facilitates more comfortable use of kitchens, but also helps to maintain order in the open space accessible to owners.

At KDI Properties residences, attention is drawn to spacious living areas open to garden views, through the use of impressive large picture windows on two adjoining walls. Thanks to this solution, all day areas gain light and give the impression of unlimited space.
The first floors are completely private. Stairs lead to spacious sleeping areas. On the first floor there are bathrooms, two bedrooms and a master suite area. They consist of separate bedrooms, bathrooms and dressing rooms, combined into a whole. Note that thanks to very high ceilings, the rooms on the first floor are easy to fit out and use.
They have two spacious terraces arranged on two levels. A smaller covered one on the ground floor and a large one on the first floor. Both will surely be a place to relax for family and friends, as well as an additional space to arrange greenery around the house.
